What does an export pack include?
One credit turns a public URL into a DESIGN.md handoff. A full design-system package costs 2 credits, or +1 credit after an existing DESIGN.md.
Is this a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time purchases. They add permanent credits to your account.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits stay available unless a refund or chargeback reverses the purchase.
What happens after checkout?
Return to the dashboard after payment. Credits are added to the account used at checkout.
Which coding agents can use the output?
The handoff is plain Markdown, so it works with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and other tools that read project docs.
Can I get a refund on a credit pack?
An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack is non-refundable.
What if something goes wrong on your side?
If a paid action fails because of a problem on our side, we will restore the credits used or refund the charge.
How do I request a refund?
Email team@urltodesign.md from the address you used at checkout and include your order ID or receipt. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show them.
How is my payment processed?
Payments are processed by PayPal, and orders are sold by 上海微观思索科技有限公司（Shanghai Weiguan Sisuo Technology Co., Ltd.）.
